Leaving Rivendell Music??

In the extended edition of Fellowship of the Ring there is the scene with the fellowship ready to leave and Elrond saying goodbye to them all. I was wondering if it is possible to get this music, because I don't believe it is on the soundtrack and I really like it. Thanks!

is there any way you can get the woodelves song that the elves sing when frodo and sam come upon them in the woods? I believe it's in the extended edition. That would be wonderful, I love that song!!!!!
