Ok, I'm going to post the ones I think of on this topic when I think of them. There's so many great lines in the movies, it's going to be hard to pick. 
ESB:
- "That's it, try it! Wait, turn it off, turn it off!" - Han Solo
- "I'd just as soon kiss a wookie." "I can arrange that! He could use a good kiss!"
- "Sir, if I may offer my opinon." "I'm not really interested in your opinion 3P0." (something like that)
ROTJ:
-"Quietly, there may be more of them out there."
"Hey, it's me!" -Luke and Han
- Vader's line about Leia being turned to the dark side followed by Luke "noo"
-"Han can you reach my lightsaber?"
"Yeah, sure!"
