Hey, Gina! You're so good about providing sound files upon request! I have a question for you....you must be able to extract audio from DVD or video. What software do you use to extract audio? I'm curious...thanks so much!

Well first you need a DVD-ROM drive on your computer to read movie dvds. Then I use a program called SmartRipper to extract individual chapters (to more easily find a spot in the film). Another program called DVD2AVI makes the data files readable to my sound editing program, CoolEdit 2000. And that's about it. I learned almost everything I know about digital video from www.vcdhelp.com.
