Please Gina can you delete all of those spam and porn messages? This is quite ridiculous... If possible can you ban all of them from the site and make some new rules to belong to the message board? This site doesn't deserve a bad reputation...

Goodness gracious me!! What a time to to be off doing something else (or nothing as the past holiday weekend exemplified). I deleted all the nasty topics and changed registration to admin approval. I will also delete suspicious recently registered users. While there are ban options, it would be fruitless I think to try and blacklist any particular email or i.p. addresses of these kinds of spammers.

Apparently it is a real problem to have spammers pestering messageboards, from the number of "mods" available for phpBB. None of them really solve the problem completely, but I will use a few to help with the problem here. Mostly it is just so annoying!
