I very much appreciate the info on the Power of One. I'm a big fan of Hans Zimmer's, so I'll have no problem parting with the money for the soundtrack.. just have to find it in a store (too impatient to order over the internet).

I had become aware of the whole using soundtrack music from other movies for trailers.. which is annoying when you hear something you really like.

I have one more question that may REALLY challenge your knowledge of music. :D I have been unable to locate this one for some time. It was the music played during the Trailer for a 1990 movie called Havana with Robert Redford and Lena Olin. I watched the movie hoping to hear the music (thus warranting the purchase of the soundtrack), however the trailer music was not in the movie. I know this one is really obscure, but I thought I'd at least ask.

Thanks again for the Power of One information.

When I have a question about trailer music, my first stop is the wonderfully useful Soundtrack.net Trailer Music database :D

And you're in luck with Havana...here's the link in fact: http://www.soundtrack.net/trailers/?cid=H&id=276

According to it the music you are looking for might be Come See The Paradise (1990) by Randy Edelman.

Hooray for soundtrack.net!
